As many of you may already know, here at Philema Animal Hospital we have instituted a new automated reminder system. We will be utilizing texts and emails to get important notices to you concerning your pet.
Due to federal regulations we are required to send you a notice, both text and email giving you the option to be part of our reminder system. To take part you must OPT IN. You may also opt not to take part in our program.
Please understand that if you do not take part by opting in, that you will receive no reminders concerning your pet. We have included a copy of the text/email you need to use.
